At the recent ASPC meeting (7th July), it was agreed to set up a new email address for reporting potholes in the parish.
Emails sent to this new address will be forwarded to the clerk who will notify the Road Warden volunteers.
If you have a troublesome pothole, drop a note to us and we’ll add it to the work list.
If possible please include the what3words address and/or explain exactly where the pothole is. Also include a photo if you can.
This email address DOES NOT replace the official Devon County Council pothole process details of which are on our Roads page), but will allow our Road Wardens to evaluate and, if possible, fill the hole.
The new email address is potholes@allsaints-pc.gov.uk
If you have any questions, please contact our clerk – clerk@allsaints-pc.gov.uk
