VAS Updates
View the latest Parish speeding data.
The VAS (Vehicle Activated Sign) monitors vehicle speeds in both directions of travel. It will be be moved around the Parish every few weeks. To see the data collected so far, see the VAS section on the Roads page.
2nd Casual Vacancy – Parish Councillor
The Clerk of the Parish Council hereby gives notice that a second casual vacancy now exists for the office of Parish Councillor of the Parish Council of All Saints. More details on the filling of this post to follow.
East Devon District Council formally accepted this vacancy notice on 19th March 2026.

Casual Vacancy – Parish Councillor
Temporary prohibition of through traffic on GOLDSMITH LANE & KNIGHTS LANE from 27th April
We have received notice from Devon Highways of a Temporary Traffic Order affecting through traffic for GOLDSMITH LANE & KNIGHTS LANE, All Saints from Monday 27th April (anticipated end on Friday 8th May). This is to enable upgrading and renewing of the water mains.
The alternative, signed, route for vehicles will be via – ROAD FROM BIRCHILL CROSS TO CATMOOR CROSS – ROAD FROM BIRCHILL CROSS TO SPRINGHAYES – ROAD FROM PEAR TREE COTTAGE TO SPRINGHAYES – ROAD FROM CUCKOLDS PIT TO TYTHERLEIGH – ROAD PAST CULVERFIELD – A358 AND VICE VERSA
